Your safety is our number one priority. Follow the advice from your local authorities and for more information please visit your state emergency service (SES).

Faults and power emergencies


If you’re experiencing any faults or power emergencies, please report them to your distributor. If you’re not sure who your distributor is, you can find out here.

Their websites and social media have info on what to do in certain situations as well as key updates on outages or issues in your area.

If you’re worried about disruptions to life support or a major gas leak, please call 000. It is also important that you notify your electricity or gas distributor.
