We know ‘electricity companies’ don’t make for a very glam subject – but we’ve worked hard since we launched in Victoria in 2014 to make sure that no matter how boring, at least we’re offering the most stellar experience in the industry.
That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve taken out Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers – Electricity award 2015 for Victoria. Not only that, but we received 5/5 across all categories: value for money, bill clarity, customer service, satisfaction, range of plans, and energy efficiency advice.
While we’re at it, and in other award-related news, we’ve recently been named Australia’s Greenest Energy Company for the second year running (Greenpeace 2014 & 2015) and are the first and only certified carbon neutral energy company in the country (NCOS 2015).
Looking back over the last two years, we’re really proud we’ve been able to achieve what we set out to do back when it all started. We’ve given customers control of their energy bills thanks to our online tools and our smartphone app, we have great discounts, fair pricing, top-notch customer service, and we’re always working for a cleaner, greener future for Australia. Our mums are pretty proud.
We couldn’t have achieved any of this without our incredible customers, so here’s to everyone who’s supported us over the last two years, and here’s to many more!
