Every year, Canstar Blue undertakes research to find the electricity company with the most satisfied customers, and for the third year in a row (2015, 2016 & 2017) Powershop has come out on top in Victoria.
Not only that, but every year we’ve got 5/5 stars for each of the research categories: value for money, customer service, bill clarity, environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency advice.
This award is super important to us. Not because we care whether we have another Canstar Blue award (straight to the poolroom obviously), but because it’s important that our teams are recognised for being the best in the biz, because everything we do is for our customers.
We only sell 100% carbon neutral energy and we don’t charge you extra for it. That’s a decision we made because we know customers want more renewables. But because we can’t control whether dirty or clean power is delivered to your door, we offset everything.
