Powershop Switch Saver Terms

To be eligible for this offer:

• the market contract for the Switch Saver offer must be the first market contract you enter into with Powershop

• your premises must be in an area of Queensland that is serviced by Powershop

You’ll get the $150 credit as an offset against the charges on your first electricity bill.

The $150 credit is not available with any of our other offers and is not transferable.

Commercial question: what if the customer signs up, transfers to Powershop and then switches to another retailer? Will they still be paid the welcome credit on their final bill? Do they need to stay with Powershop until at least their first bill is issued? If so, this needs to be specified. This also relates to my other question about whether the offer can be taken up by previous Powershop customers who switch away and switch back. If there are no parameters around when the credit is paid (how long the customer needs to stay a customer and whether or not they can return), there's nothing to stop savvy customers switching back and forth.We need to be clear on whether or not we'll:- pay the credit to offset the charges on a final bill- pay the credit as a refund (I assume not, but please confirm)- transfer the credit to a different supply address (again, I assume not but please confirm)
