Gas Saver offer Terms and Conditions

VIC Residential customers:

1. * To be eligible for the $150 sign-up credit (Sign-up Credit):

(a) you must be a current Powershop Victorian residential electricity customer for the premises you switch, and

(b) you must take up the Gas Saver offer Plan by 30 April 2024.

2. You’ll receive the Sign-up Credit as an offset against the charges on your first gas bill, subject to clause 3

3. If the charges on your first gas bill are less than the Sign-up Credit, we’ll carry over the balance of the Sign-up Credit to your next bill. If your gas market contract ends before you’ve incurred charges to the value of the Sign-up Credit, you’ll forfeit the balance of the Sign-up Credit – we won’t pay the balance as a refund.

4. The Sign-up Credit isn’t transferable or redeemable for cash or available in conjunction with any other offer.

5. If you have a bulk gas hot water meter, we may be unable to sign up your gas account.

NSW Residential customers:

1. * To be eligible for the $150 sign-up credit (Sign-up Credit):

(a) the premises you switch must be in an eligible postcode within the Jemena gas distribution network in NSW.

(b) you must be a current Powershop residential electricity customer for the premises you switch, and

2. You’ll receive the Sign-up Credit as an offset against the charges on your first gas bill, subject to clause 3.

4. The Sign-up Credit isn’t transferable or redeemable for cash or available in conjunction with any other offer.

5. If you have a bulk gas hot water meter, we may be unable to sign up your gas account.
