Next business day connection
Customers who provide safe access to the electricity meter may be able to receive a next business day connection. Not available in all areas or for new properties. Must contact us before 1 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for next business day connections.

No connection fees
We don't charge you set up or exit fees. Unless your property requires substantial work or an after-hours or same day re-connection or a new meter installation. (Special fees do apply in these situations and we will advise you of the costs in advance).
