Yes! As a PowershopLITE customer, you can choose to cover 10%, 25%, 50% or 100% of your usage with GreenPower.

Can I buy GreenPower if I’m a PowershopLITE customer? - Read more

Simply log into your online account, head to ‘Settings’ and then ‘GreenPower’. You’ll see the option to choose a range of GreenPower cover from none to 100%. Choose the percentage of cover you want and then click ‘Save changes’. You will then be charged your nominated level of GreenPower at your next Powershop bill.

How do I add GreenPower to my PowershopLITE account? - Read more

No. If you have electricity and gas at your property, you’ll have the same experience for both accounts.

Can I buy Powerpacks for my electricity but have a PowershopLITE experience for my gas? - Read more

If you have multiple properties under the one account number, all properties must share the same experience. So they’ll either all be Shopper or all PowershopLITE.

I have multiple properties, can I have different Powershop experiences across my properties? - Read more

With Powershop, you can choose our original Shop or be a PowershopLITE customer. It’s up to you and what suits your energy needs. Basically, the biggest difference is that with PowershopLITE, you don’t get access to the Shop and the extra savings you get from buying discounted Powerpacks.

I’m an existing customer, can I try PowershopLITE? - Read more

Once you have confirmed that you want PowershopLITE, we’ll switch you over. Once this is done, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us. At your bill for that month and going forward, you will be billed on PowershopLITE rates and any unused Powerpacks purchased previously will be refunded as an account credit.

How will the switch over to PowershopLITE work? Am I on new rates from today? - Read more

Powershop is always on the lookout for new things to try. We’ve had feedback that shopping for power doesn’t suit all our customers, so we’ve been keen to try an experience of Powershop without the Shop.
